One of the major universities in Lebanon had siloed data about its students and its courses as well as their enrollment and academic performance.
We defined key business metrics and data points that should be tracked across the student journey from onboarding to course enrollment to course participation and course performance management.
We designed dashboard screens for 3 levels of university management including screens for KPI comparisons vs target and vs trend and dedicated screens for root cause analysis of these KPIs to understand breakdowns across university locations, courses, student levels, majors, terms and instructors.
We integrated, in one data mart, data from the client’s different systems for student information, course catalog, course and test management
We developed dashboards using PowerBI and conducted multiple rounds of reviews and iterations with university management to finalize the dashboards
We successfully trained the client’s technology team to manage the dashboard – refreshing the data and KPIs. We also trained the business users to navigate the dashboards and use its various features.
